Allied Collation for International Defence is a newly found alliance, which is governed by Emperor Marxus IV.
Emperor Marxus IV is a genius, he used his skills he has developed from TTF into a dominating machine, and he has both diplomatic skills and aggression tactics when the time comes.
October 28, 2006, Was when the Allied Collation for International Defence started up it was a small project designed by Maxrus who then put the plan into action and succeeded by having members from TTF follow under his leadership, one of the first Wolfsschanze.
Cybernations has enabled us to give out more aid at this time so we can help our smaller members become stronger, this benefits us well as the 2 main people who give out the aid will become depleted.
To help and defend nations which are in need, to help them grow, and intern help the alliance as one and only one, once we get more members into ACID this will enable us to create a more sophisticated system in which the alliance works, we would have senators to talk the members and relay this information to the superior nations, in this process everything would work in harmony. Once at war the strongest nations will be supplied with the money as the smaller nations would try and stay out, for this could wreak a small nation.
Emperor Marxus IV created this alliance after departing from TFF and the loyalists followed him to ACID, which is growing everyday with 1 or 2 new members who become active on the forums
